Package development comes in various forms and is often the result of a packaging issue. Where a creative solution to a specific problem is needed.
Also the constant search for that “Point of Difference” on the shelf continues to be a primary motivator for package concept development.

Our innovative approach utilises packaging engineering, photographic techniques and graphic design software that when used in various combinations allows us to develop on screen “virtual packages”. These virtual packages are screen images of the packaging.

This development service provides our clients, marketing departments and packaging development personnel etc. with a valuable tool for evaluating package profiles and product look, at a relatively early stage of the development process.

In addition, our virtual models can be decorated with logos and design graphics for that ultimate virtual package presentation and product evaluation. †

From our virtual screen images a “blank” prototype can be produced to fully understand and review package components, dimensions, function, assembly, and practical applications.

Our artwork proofing system allows us to print full size “Printers Proofs” for finished art evaluation and greatly assists final artwork sign off.  All graphic components (Logo’s, text, fonts, colours etc.) and mandatory specifications can be viewed, checked and approved at actual size prior to printing.
Our Barcode scanning equipment verifies the number and provides confirmation that the barcode scans correctly.

We also offer the option of  “Production Proof” – a fully printed and decorated package produced to dimension and print specification.  This option allows full evaluation of  finished print before manufacture is scheduled and allows for component testing opportunities such as packing and transportation.
